In this fantasy science class, Learners will learn about facts and fiction surrounding the mermaid.  They will enjoy a mystical journey through a slide presentation and discussion.  The learner will understand why Christopher Columbus believed he saw real mermaids and what he actually.  The class will also be intrigued to see how humans can perform underwater as mermaids and how these human mermaids can ascend and descend under water without swimming.  Your learning will develop a love of learning and an excitement that will help encourage participation in our discussions.  By publicly speaking, your child will develop self confidence and have fun doing so.
