課堂經歷
The Mystery at the Smithsonian is a fun way for students to practice a wide variety of math skills and put their understanding to the test. Each day the students will answer questions about a particular skill in order to gain clues about the mystery. The class will begin with a quick warm-up, the students will then have a short mini lesson to focus on the skill for that day, and then time to practice and get feedback from the teacher. At the end of each class, the students will work in...
Students will learn a variety of skills during the course. They will practice using proportions, solving two-step equations, finding probability, and finding surface area and volume for three-dimensional figures.
A google document will be used each class. Students will also be given a print off to help them keep track of clues as they work on answering questions.
