Each class starts with a full body warm up including isolations, light cardio, and stretching. Each week students will be introduced to a new technical dance step that will be incorporated into the choreography for that day's class. The warmup will end with an introduction to this step where I break down that move step by step! Comfortable clothing that the student can move in freely, closed toe shoes (sneakers, jazz shoes, tennis shoes), hair pulled out of your face!

This class will be highly physical, much like a gym class or other movement based class. Please have an area free of trip/slip hazards and wear closed toe shoes. Parental supervision is highly recommended. Students should take breaks as often as they would like. Especially since it's a FLEX class, please feel free to pause the video, take a break and get a drink of water! Work to your OWN limits and do your best.
