In this brief introductory course, we will practice the skill of listening--paying active attention to sounds we hear and how sound creates an emotional atmosphere. We will conduct a couple of sound experiments to notice how speed and airflow effect sound. We will complete our magical note taking pages on observations regarding tempo and mood. These note pages will include a list of music terms for future reference. Following the course, students may request an additional quest.
