In this ongoing class, students will learn about different elements of music. Each week we will focus on a different fundamental music element, how it is used in music and how we can find each one by listening! Classes will include brief explanations of the element we are working on and interactive activities with the students. Students should have access to a rhythm instrument, such as rhythm sticks, a small drum or a shaker. Even wooden spoons or two unsharpened pencils in place of rhythm sticks will work! Additional supplies needed depending upon the lesson will be posted in the classroom.
