- I will lead the "Sing Song" and invite students to participate in these classic tunes and percussion music. -I will teach music concepts including pitch, dynamics, and tempo using percussion instruments and rhythm sticks. Students will have collected any percussion instruments from home they may have, including makeshift percussion instruments (eg. buckets and a wooden spoon). -Students will participate through singing and repeating percussion patterns -Zero learning curve
-Students will learn basic music concepts including pitch, dynamics, and tempo. -Students will learn to sing with others in a safe and inclusive environment. -Students will be able to retell music stories and rhymes with visual teacher prompt. -English as a Second Language students will be introduced to new vocabulary and rhymes.

Bucket and wooden spoon 2. 2 sticks to tap together or 2 straws or 2 paper towel rolls, 2 chopsticks 2. Kid crafted tambourine (2 paper plates stapled together with rice or beans inside 3. Plastic water bottle with rice or beans in it. 4. Don't forget your singing voice!
