In this class we will discuss and practice the rules for multiplying and dividing integers. We will begin briefly by discussing positive and negative numbers. Next, we will introduce Dorito Man, a small drawing that helps us remember our rules for multiplying and dividing integers. Each student will draw their own version of Dorito Man for reference. We will then use this to solve practice problems. Finally we will finish with a Blooket game to reinforce these skills. 

The class will be taught through white board instruction and Blooket. Students will take notes on the tricks to remember the integer rules and complete guided practice problems. 

Students should be familiar with positive and negative numbers. They also should have a good grasp on multiplication and division. Although a calculator will not be allowed during practice, struggling students can use a multiplication chart to assist with their facts.
