Students will improve their knowledge of the functions of government and become more informed citizens. 

I have been teaching social studies and government for 5 years and the middle school and high school levels. I am very passionate about students understanding government because it is such an important topic for them when becoming adults. I strive in helping students become well rounded citizens who understand how their government should work at every level.

細節: Homework can be given upon request of the parent or student. If the student would like extra practice in between sessions, I can have worksheets available. 
Assessment

細節: In this class, the student will be assessed mostly by observation. If they happen to do a homework assignment, grading of the homework assignment could stand as another form of assessment. 

In this tutoring class, your student does not need any previous knowledge of government. Since this is 1-on-1 tutoring students have the ability to start from scratch.
