電影合輯 - 讓我們跳舞吧！弗萊克斯

Do you LOVE the MOVIES?  Maybe you and your friends enjoy making up dances together and you want to learn some new moves!  (This class is great for any learner who wants to learn fun basic dance moves to upbeat songs- You DO NOT need to be familiar with the movies).  Songs are all age appropriate.

In this FLEX Class each week will be devoted to a different song from a popular age appropriate movie.  Learners will be guided through basic dances steps that will fit together to form a short dance routine.  Learners will also have the opportunity to be creative with how they move!  As the dance is taught, learners will also be given pointers on how to stay on the beat and have good musicality.   See the four week schedule below:

🍿 Warm-up Video:  Posted the beginning of the session.  Learners can use it to warm-up each week before learning the dance routine.

🎬 Week 1:  Surface Pressure- Let's dance to this upbeat song from the ENCANTO movie!  Post an optional video for feedback on your final routine!

🎬 Week 2:  Could Have Been Me- Let's learn some dance moves to this fun song from SING 2!  Post an optional video for feedback on your final routine!

🎬 Week 3:  Come On Out This is another upbeat song coming to you from the movie ZOMBIES 3!  No worries if you haven't seen the movie It's sure to get you motivated to move and learn some new dance moves!  Post an optional video for feedback on your final routine!

🎬 Week 4:  Into the Unknown-Let's dance to the opening song from FROZEN II!  Post an optional video for feedback on your final routine!

🎬 Week 5:  How Far I'll Go- I love this song!  How about you?  Let's dance to this beautiful song from MOANA!  Post an optional video for feedback on your final routine!

*Choreography learned will be created originally by the instructor but inspired by the movie. 
*Dance experience is helpful but not required for this class.

*This class has a flexible age range.  Moves are basic but may be fast and require a bit of practice.
*This class is pre-recorded videos.  One video will be posted per week.   One warm-up video will be posted to be used before practicing each routine.  Learners can message the teacher and ask questions to interact and receive feedback.
*Pre-recorded Classes are great for busy schedules as you can do them at a time that is best for your schedule.  You can also pause and go back if you need a step repeated or more time to practice each part of the dance.
