In this morning yoga, we will go through a simple yet fun yoga flow focusing on stretching and warming our bodies to start the day. This class is structured as a lead and follow yoga class: I will guide and demonstrate the poses as the learners follow. I will guide a short breathing meditation at the beginning and then we will go into the physical practice, the yoga flow and stretch. This class will be a great way to start the day! It allows the learners to stretch their bodies and calm their minds before the rest of the day.
Learners will need: Yoga mat, blanket, or towel to practice on. Water bottle. Comfortable clothes that allow them to move.

This is a physical fitness class, students must be able and willing to stretch and move their bodies. Students should be in a space they have room to move around, at least the size of their mat or towel. This is a beginner course, it will be easy and gentle movements offering many modifications.
