We will start the class off with our introductions. Students will be able to share what they love about Minecraft. Imagine Alex and Steve are undercover “mad scientists”. Every week we will do a STEM-based experiment using the Scientific Method. This will be a very interactive class. Students will create an interactive notebook that will contain all of our special phrases to help conduct the science experiments. We will go over the Scientific Method and why it is an important part of every experiment. I will be modeling the experiments with the students. We will record our results and share our thoughts and opinions about what happened. At the end of the lesson, students will record their results and share their thoughts and opinions about the experiment.
