Beginner 等級
In this one-time class, students will:
1. Learn about Mindfulness and the power behind it
2. Learn the definition of Stress, and
3. Learn three Mindfulness Techniques and practice them. 

Technique 1: Mindful Breathing - in this mindfulness exercise students will focus on controlling their breath.

Technique 2: Body Scan - in this activity I will guide students through a body scan meditation that encourages them to focus on their body to find the tension and release it through breathing.

Technique 3 - Grounding exercise - in this activity students will learn how when they are in an anxious moment to identify things that have to do with their 5 senses. 

At the conclusion of this class, students will receive a Mindfulness Techniques document that will showcase six additional techniques that they can take with them.
