課堂經歷

Students will learn to increase their focus and concentration. They will learn to be kinder to themselves and to each other.
They will learn to take a pause and calm themselves down when they are sad, angry, disappointed or having any strong emotions
Why me: 
I am a long time mindfulness practitioner. I practice mindfulness meditation for over 25 years now and as I see how this practice changed my life and the life of my students for better, I have committed myself to pass it on to everyone, especially our kids and teens.
I have been teaching Mindfulness to kids, teens, and adults for over 6 years now and happy to help them understand themselves and their emotions better and live in the present moment, become more focused and centered, and live at peace.
I enjoy sharing my passion through teaching mindfulness techniques to my students; helping them to learn this profound mind training practices, which brings clarity and awareness to their minds.
I truly believe that Mindfulness practices allow for greater concentration, productivity, resiliency, self-management, and a sense of happiness.
