Teacher holds a Summa Cum Laude B.A. in psychology, an M.A. in Liberal Studies, is an experienced  Yoga & Meditation college professor, holds the highest credentials from the Yoga Alliance as a Teacher and lead Yoga Teacher Trainer, and is also a Yoga therapist.   She is an experienced teacher in the fields of Yoga, Breathing, Meditation, as well as certified by Yale University in the Science of Happiness.  
Learner should have a calm place in the home where Learner may sit or recline comfortably, and enjoy the story telling time free from noises and distractions.
