To cultivate wellness and wellbeing.
Teacher grew up in Japan where she began becoming familiar with the stillness of Zen, is currently a college professor of Yoga, Humanities & Meditation.  She is a well versed Meditator in both yogic and buddhist meditation techniques, and loves to share these peaceful practices with students of all ages via Outschool, the college, and her private classes.
