Kids who practice meditation can strengthen their immune system, lower stress, and even improve sleeping. It's not just about kids learning to be calm and relaxed; it's about learning the qualities of compassion, creativity, and kindness. I am a mental health facilitator at a foundation that is dedicated to providing preventative workshops which teach resiliency and mental health skills through creative activities, reflections and discussions. I am in the process of becoming a certified divorce coach for women. I have 15+ years experience as a certified teacher and have worked in public, private, university, homeschool and online platforms. I have tutored kids in almost every subject and love to bring a level of creativity and fun to every session. My calm, gentle approach helps all kids look beyond the surface and critically think for themselves. Meditation has always been a passion and breathwork is a new endeavor in this journey. I have combined teaching skills with mental health training to provide guided, powerful meditation in the comfort of your own home.
