This is a 1:1 tutoring or homework help session designed specifically for your student. Learners are welcome to bring their homework within any subject for assistance with the assignment.  I encourage you to upload any materials prior to the session so I can better prepare myself for the lesson!

Homework can be challenging! To master skills, I typically will use an "I do, We do, You do" approach with learners. This method includes modeling how to complete a skill, doing practice problems together, then evaluating for understanding by having the learner try a problem independently. 

If you would like to focus on tutoring within a specific skill or subject matter area, I invite you to message me prior to the first session so I can create a customized lesson plan that meets your students needs. 

I am comfortable teaching all subjects including the following: 
*Reading Fluency 
*Reading Comprehension (who, what, where, when, why, & specific comprehension questions)
*Math (ex. adding/subtracting/multiplying/dividing ratios, fractions & decimals, order of operations, graphing...)
*Science (ex. punnett squares, solar system, photosynthesis...)
