If you are looking for a bit of extra help with your math work, I will be glad to take a look at your assignments with you and listen to your needs to help you bridge the gap between what you know and can do with what you need to know and be able to do. I would, also, be glad to help you move beyond your regular class work if you want to learn more than you are currently being asked to learn. (Note: My expertise ends with Precal. If you are needing help with Calculus, I will be glad to help...

The best process for learning math includes consistency, attention to detail, careful note-taking, guided practice, asking questions, individual practice, carefully checking over work, re-working missed problems, and learning from mistakes. With all of these measures in place, any student should be more prepared to perform well on a test than without them. Think about it this way: Learning to play the piano is not a spectator sport and neither is learning to do math.
Please let me know or show me ahead of time what material you want to discuss, printed material you need to complete, or a website you need for me so see so that I can be prepared for our meeting. In addition, have all of your materials that you will need (paper, pencil, pen, markers, ruler, graph paper, etc.).
