Students will develop confidence in their math abilities. They will also improve their abilities in computation and performing basic operations (add, subtract, multiply, divide). After those skills are mastered students will learn more mathematical applications of these skills. The long-term goal for each student is to help him or her reach approximate grade level in their math skills or meet a goal decided upon my parents and myself.

I have 16 years of experience working both one-on-one and in small groups with learners of all ages. I have created my own programs to help my students and I will work very hard to help your child succeed. I have experience working with children with many learning differences so please reach out to me if you are looking for help with both learning differences and behavior differences as I have worked with children with many of these. I also have a small business partnership that focuses on homeschooling and private tutoring.

I will not give any homework unless parents specifically ask for it. If you want homework I will work with you to decide what would be appropriate for your child.

I will issue a monthly progress report to parents to summarize the specific skills your child practiced that month and improvements they have made. I will also communicate with parents each week to let you know about any specific accomplishments or problems that occur in class.
