This a fun and well-paced math club for learners to explore strategies, consolidate understanding, learn new concepts and clarify understanding. Learners will work through a selection of math problems targeted at Grade 5 / Year 6. This is an ongoing class which is fun and the aim is that children feel that they are making progress. I have been teaching Year 6 and SATs for over ten years. I am an experienced classroom primary / elementary school teacher and head of year. I have taught in London, North Africa and the Middle East and am now based in the U.S. With many years of experience and enjoy helping children progress in their academic journey. I pride myself on ensuring that the materials are educational and engaging and that children leave the lesson knowing more than they started. Progressing and moving forward with confidence. I have also completed many training courses to help children become better writers, readers, speakers and mathematicians. I am looking forward to you joining me!
