This class is a great way to challenge your learner to think outside the box and try to solve different math brain teasers! With teacher support, students will have the opportunity to look at different pictures of symbols and work with each other to solve each brain teaser. Each week we will focus on a combination of different 2-digit and 3-digit addition and subtraction problems. In order to be challenged but not struggle, students should be able to quickly add and subtract numbers within 100 and have good skip counting skills.

Greetings Parents!
My name is Ms. Meadows! Welcome to our online family! I live in Michigan and have been a public-school teacher for four years and spent 2020 teaching online full-time! I possess a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education (K-8) with a minor in mathematics. I also have a Master's Degree in Educational Learning and Technology. I've had the privilege to teach second and third grade and enjoy working with all ages. I have learned that every student is different. They learn different, they come from different backgrounds, they have different home lives, and many other factors.
