三年級數學完整課程（2024 年 9 月開始）

In this weekly class, students will learn third grade math skills! I love creating an engaging and fun environment online for students to enjoy learning math! 

This class meets three times per week, for 35 minutes each time! In each class, I will explain a math skill! Next, students will practice it with me in a guided fashion! We will talk about each step together! I love messaging families after each class to share what students learned; I will send you updates to share about your student's learning!

Here is a sample schedule!  If you would like your child to learn different topics, please send me a message and we can tailor the schedule according to your child's needs!

Week of September 9: Place value of whole numbers and rounding whole numbers

Week of September 16: Addition of whole numbers 

Week of September 23: Subtraction of whole numbers

Week of September 30: Multiplication of single digit numbers

Week of October 7: Division of single digit numbers

Week of October 14: Multiplication of double digit numbers

Week of October 21: Illustrate fractions with models and number lines

Week of October 28: Add and subtract fractions

Week of November 4: Multiply fractions

Week of November 11: Divide fractions

Week of November 18: Solve single step word questions

Week of November 25: No classes this week

Week of December 2: Review of previous skills

Week of December 9: Solve multi step word questions

Week of December 16: Create and interpret picture graphs, bar graphs and line plots

Week of December 23: No classes this week

Week of December 30: No classes this week

Week of January 6: Review of previous skills

Week of January 13: Intro to geometry (draw lines, rays, angles, measure angles)

Week of January 20: Geometry (Classify polygons)

Week of January 27: Geometry (Review)

If your child is in a different grade level or different age group, please send me a message with your availability and I will send you an enrollment link to a class for that age group! If you would like to enroll in this class at a different time of day or different day of the week, please also send a message!

This class begins in September; if you would like to start in a different month, please let me know!

This class is a weekly recurring class, and it automatically enrolls each week. Please let me know if you prefer a different format, such as a class that does not automatically enroll again! 

I will send a weekly homework packet that can be printed; if you would benefit from any other printable materials, please let me know!
