Do you have a learner that loves marine life and Pokemon? Do you want to foster their love for science through fun Pokemon references in a class taught by a certified teacher? Well this is the perfect class for you! In this class we will explore the ocean as we learn about the marine life and science with the fun of Pokemon. Pokemon are based on animals and we will become scientist as we compare the real life animal to its Pokemon counterpart. We will play interactive games, learn important scientific vocabulary and even practice our reading skills. Students will have so much fun that they won't even know that they're learning!
The course will be broken down as follows
April 1/ week 1- Animal- The blue whale/ Pokemon Wailord
April 7 week 2 Animal- Sharks/ Pokemon Sharpedo
April 14 week 3 Animal- Sea turtles/ Pokemon Turtuga
April 21 week 4 Animal- Aquatic turtles/ Pokemon Squirtle 
April 28 week 5 Animal- Jellyfish/ Pokemon Jellicent
