課堂經歷
What will students learn? Week 1: How to take Manga or Comic characters and develop personality traits- develop at least 4 characters. Students will work in small groups within class to help prompt story ideas. We will work with idea bubbles and develop story ideas. Students will learn the keys to good writing for and how to hook their readers. Homework: rough drafts of these characters, with written personality traits. Homework will be to finish story idea bubbles and present next week....
Students will learn how to create story lines and ideas, characters, how to create rough drafts in perspective, and final drafts on the start of their own Manga comics.
I am someone who has taught drawing and painting from K-12, through College. I also am a college professor who teaches studio arts and art appreciation. I have homeschooled my own children and have a love of teaching students.
