This class is for students who have no background or very little background in Chinese. There is no prior knowledge needed for this class. This is NOT a Chinese immersion class. Students will be able to sing some Chinese songs, write some Chinese characters, and can ask others what they like and dislike. Students are encouraged to complete a family tree project to share in class to apply what they have learned. There are a variety of games we will play in class to help your child learn...

Students will engage in conversations, provide and obtain information, express feelings and emotions, and exchange opinions in Chinese.
