課堂經歷
We will make delicious Mallowmelt cupcakes. While our cupcakes are baking in the oven we will make the frosting for the cupcakes. After we take the cupcakes out of the oven I will sign off and allow students to frost the cupcakes themselves after they have cooled (it takes about 30 minutes for the cupcakes to cool.) Please note that this recipe has butterscotch chips, butterscotch pudding mix and butterscotch sauce. Some of these items may be difficult to locate in certain places. You can substitute for other items, but your cupcakes will not taste the same. Children will need to use a mixer, oven, and microwave for this recipe. If there is any remaining time in the class we will go through some of our favorite Keeper of the Lost Cities questions and trivia.

-- how to make homemade frosting.

I have taught English, Spanish, ESL, history and religion classes to students ages 7-18 in the public schools and in private settings. I have taught many book studies to ages 8-17 including but not limited to: The Old Man and the Sea, Lord of the Flies, Where the Red Fern Grows, Badge of Courage, The Great Gatsby, The Call of the Wild, The Outsiders, The Scarlet Letter, Tom Sawyer and others.
