We limit this small group class for 4 students to ensure that every student is getting individualized learning opportunities and feels comfortable asking questions and learning to their highest level!

Imagine, your child excited to come to math class! This class, Make Math Fun! First and Second Grade Curriculum, focuses on finding ways to really engage students while they are learning math. By instilling -- from the get go -- the idea that math class is a fun, inventive, exciting and a creative place to be, kids can grow up with a love of learning, instead of fear and intimidation around this subject. We engage students with fun lessons that speak to all types of learners, so whether your child is a visual, auditory or kinesthetic type learner, or a fusion of the different types, he or she will feel comfortable, engaged and excited to tackle these foundational math lessons. 

Our schedule will be as follows:

Week of January 15 2024 - Solving Addition Word Problems Up to 20 with Mario
Week of January 22 - Solving Subtraction Word Problems Up to 20 with Sonic
Week of January 29 - Solving word problems that call for addition of THREE whole numbers up to 20 with Pokemon 
Week of Feb 5 - Place Value Up to 1000 with Among Us
Week of February 12 - Greater Than, Less Than or Equal To Numbers to 120 with Zelda
Week of February 19 - Patterns with Splatoon
