#creative Dance with me in this ongoing, Lyrical and Contemporary Dance Class! It will be a fusion of Modern and Ballet Dance styles. We will learn a new choreographed dance each week! We will begin each class with a short standing warm up, followed by floor exercise that will include various stretches, technique and skills. All dance moves and music will be age appropriate. 12/3/23- Week 1 - Fall On Me 12/10/23 - Week 2 - A Little Too Much 12/17/23 - Week 3 - Stand Tall...
Your learn will learn beginner dance steps in a creative and positive learning environment. They will also learn choreography to a short dance each week which will teach them various patterns. Dancing to music also teaches the student how to develop rhythm and musicality. And most of all, learn to have fun and enjoy movement!
Please make sure your child is in an area where they can move around freely. Also, having a water bottle nearby during class is encouraged. Students will want to be in comfortable clothes that they can easily move in and hair pulled back. By signing up for this class you should understand that when participating in any exercise or dance program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in these online dance classes, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself.
