Beginner - Intermediate 等級
In this class students will be taken through the guided drawing process to learn how to draw a koi fish using simple lines and shapes. We will discuss colors, patterns, and other fun facts about koi fish. My teaching style involves breaking the process down into smaller, easy-to-follow steps. I pace the class according to the needs of the students; if needed, I give fast finishers a break, allowing students who need more time to complete their work, the time to do so, and even then, finishing...
As a licensed art teacher, I have developed techniques for breaking down drawing lessons into simple, easy-to-follow steps. Once we get the basics done, I give my students freedom to complete their project using their own imagination, thereby giving them the opportunity to take what I have taught them to a different, fun and creative level.
Students will need: Good quality drawing paper; watercolor or other heavy paper is preferred for watercolor pencils and paint Pencil, eraser, sharpener Black Sharpie or similar permanent marker Tools of choice for color: watercolor paint; watercolor pencils; colored pencils; crayons; markers. I will be demonstrating watercolor pencil techniques, but can help students adapt to whatever materials they have.
