I am a Certified Meditation Practitioner and also hold a certification in Children's Yoga. With extensive training and experience in both fields, I am well-equipped to guide children through safe and effective yoga and meditation practices. My expertise ensures that each session is designed to promote physical health, mental well-being, and overall development in a safe and supportive environment.
Ensuring the safety and well-being of your child during the yoga portion of this class is our top priority. Please ensure that your child has an open workout space free of obstacles to prevent tripping or falling. Proper footwear or a yoga mat is recommended to provide stability and prevent slipping. Additionally, your child should have a water bottle nearby to stay hydrated. Parental supervision is advised to ensure that exercises are performed correctly and safely. Thank you for your cooperation in making this a safe and enjoyable experience for all students.
