Hello Little Adventurers! I hope you're all ready to explore the world as we take on each continent! This class will meet 5 times and we will learn travel to each of the 7 continents! Meeting 1 - Introduction / Asia Meeting 2 - Africa / North America Meeting 3 - Antarctica / South America Meeting 4 - Europe / Oceania Meeting 5 - Create a Map! A learning pack for each continent will be provided in the classroom For meeting 5 we will be creating a map of the world together, learners will need: - Continent outlines (provided in the classroom) - A3 paper / 2 pieces of A4 paper stuck together (preferably blue to represent the ocean) - Scissors (please supervise) - Glue - Colouring pens /pencils / crayons
Meeting 5 involves a craft and the use of scissors - please fully supervise your learners. Since we are talking about places learners often try to share where they live and sometimes try to give specifics! Please remember to remind your learner to share any identifying details about where you live!
