As a licensed K-12 School Counselor, I have a lot of experience working with students with a wide variety of topics. Some of these topics that I have experience with and tools to teach include but are not limited to the following:
- Emotional regulation
- Building healthy relationships
- Coping skills when dealing with big feelings
- Processing trauma
- Effective communication
- Reframing negative self talk to positive self talk
- Improving self esteem
- Setting boundaries in various relationships
- Processing grief

My hope is that you only sign up for this course after I have already met with you once and you have determined that I am able to provide the services and care that you are looking for. I will develop a curriculum that fits each student individually. Everyone's life is different, therefore, everyone's life coaching and learning experience should be different. 

This is a one on one class, so students will not interact with other students in this course. They will have unlimited opportunity to interact with me during our sessions. The sessions will be a combination of discussion and lecture (if I am teaching them a new strategy or tool).
