In this one-time class, students will learn how to start writing their own paragraphs. We'll discuss what a paragraph is, why it's important, and how students can use vibrant language to create paragraphs that are exciting and interesting. 

Your student will:
-Listen to a brief explanation of paragraphs by the teacher
-Share their thoughts about Minecraft
-Brainstorm ideas for writing about different Minecraft characters
-Spend time in-class writing a paragraph with the teacher
-Ask questions about writing
-Receive a handout with more information about writing paragraphs

Note: This class will have a special time during it where students will focus on their writing. We will practice writing paragraphs together as a class.
