Bonjour! 
I am pleased to introduce the level 2 for the class “Let’s Speak French”.  You can join if you have already completed level 1 with me. If not please reach out to me to assess together if suitable for you child. 
The class is opened to 12-17 years old. However, 18 years old who attended my level 1 can also join. 

In this Multi-Day course, we will meet for 45 minutes each week for 6 weeks. 

Assessment and measuring progress: 
•	In level 2, a task to complete is expected to submit during the week for me to feedback on and check progress
•	In completion of all homework and attendance to the classes, a certificate will be delivered confirming meeting the level 2 requirements. As per level 1, we will have a fun quiz at the end of each class to test our knowledge. 

Slides will be shared after the class.

Skills focus: 
-	Listening skills to spoken language. Show understanding by joining in and responding.
-	Speaking skills: using vocabulary and language structure. 
-	Reading skills: read words and show understanding of words.
-	Writing skills: some elements of writing (words and sentences) via homework 

Focus on pronunciation and intonation.

•	Talk about our hobbies
•	Quiz – summary of key learnings 

Week 2:  
•	Level 2 – order drinks & food 
•	Quiz – summary of key learnings 

Week 3:  
•	Talk about the weather 
•	Quiz – summary of key learnings 

Week 4: 
•	Articles 
•	Quiz – summary of key learnings 

Week 5: 
•	“Verbe être” – to be verb
•	Quiz – summary of key learnings 

Week 6: 
•      “Verbe avoir” – to have verb
•	Quiz – summary of key learnings

I am a native French speaker.  As a multilingual individual I understand the steps and roadblocks when learning a foreign language and I have developed methods on making the learning journey more motivational and effective. 

Note: the content might be slightly adapted based on the students' learning development. 
The class requires a minimum of 3 learners.
