We will practice writing effective paragraphs for constructed responses with proper grammar utilizing our RAPS strategy. This is a catchy song that students won't be able to get out of their head! Paragraphs include: topic sentence, answering the question, providing details, and a summary sentence. The strategy can be used for multiple types of paragraph writing: opinion, informational, narrative, etc. We will use the "I Do" (teacher led instruction), "We Do" (guided practice), "You Do"...
