Learners will create a craft to help them remember how to add numbers to ten. They will build a rainbow and solve several color coded addition problems. Learners will make a craft, say the numbers and problems, and write them to help them remember the material. Learners should know their numbers 1 to 10. They should also know how to write each number (If the numbers are backward or mirrored it is fine since that is a normal part of development). Learners will be able to talk with each other as we complete this colorful craft.

Hi! My name is Erin Miller. I have taught in a variety of settings from public elementary school, university model schools, homeschool, tutoring, and online. I love teaching math and reading! One on one tutoring is one of my favorite ways to teach because it allows me to meet the specific need of the student. I think math and reading should be fun to learn! I love to incorporate music, art, and games into my classes. The more fun kids are having the more they are learning! A little about me outside of the classroom... I am a mama to three year old twins and 6 month old twins! My husband, kids, and I live in the country so we love to garden and be outside.
