Let's Make Delicious Christmas Holiday Winter Truffles! Learn to make delicious Christmas holiday winter truffles to share with family and friends. Learners should be familiar in the kitchen with appliances such as the oven & settings, mixer & settings and the microwave. We will discuss proper food handling and safety precautions. This class is a LIVE baking class and I make the recipe with the learners to show technique and proper instruction. Recipe ingredients and supplies will be posted on the classroom page after enrollment or a week before class begins. *This class may take less than 60 minutes depending on your learners skills in the kitchen. I allow 60 minutes of class time so learners are not rushed and can bake at their own pace. **This recipe includes dairy products.

Students will be using a food processor, the oven, microwave and a cutting board/sharp knife for this class. Supervision is always suggested when kids are working in the kitchen preparing foods. If you feel your child needs additional help, some meal prep can be done before class. Please let me know ahead of time if you have any questions or concerns.
Food allergies - we will be using dairy products in our recipe. Should you need to use a food substitute, please let me know and I can help you modify the recipe.
