Hello Chocolatiers, Your learner will learn via a live class. This is a one time class. They will be making a peanut butter filling and/or be able to fill it with caramel. We will melt and get the perfect consistency of chocolate to create these amazing tasty chocolate filled designer candy. Once we have the perfect consistency the process will begin. 1 bag chocolate candy melt (10-12 oz.) 1 bag white chocolate melt (10-12 oz.) You could use almond bark if you can’t find candy melts If you register two children in one class 3 bags of chocolate melts will be plenty for class. Egg shape silicone mold could be found at most local craft store or amazon, or bring any silicone 2”-3” in size. Sprinkles Peanut butter Powdered sugar Butter salted or unsalted Mini chocolate chips optional 2-Small microwave safe bowl 2-Spoons Measuring cups Measuring spoons Medium size bowl Spatula Disposable piping bag, quart or sandwich size ziplock bag Wax paper or parchment paper Cupcake liners Electric mixer could be hand held or stand mixer Microwave Cookie sheet

Younger learners may need help turning on microwave oven and removing hot bowl from their microwave oven. If learner needs help with mixer please be near by to help them, off camera.
