課堂經歷
In this FLEX camp, students will explore the depths of the oceans to learn about the creatures that dwell in the deep. Each class will include a craft to help students better understand the material being taught. This camp will immerse students into the exciting world of ocean life. We will meet once a week to discuss a different type of ocean life or habitat. We will also do a small craft at the end to better help us understand the material being taught. We will cover subjects such as the different ocean zones and the creatures that inhabit them. Students will be introduced to a wide range of different species, such as rays, sharks, whales, and crustaceans. A list of any needed supplies will be posted in the classroom each week for the next week's class. The classes will be taught using slides. It will be interactive, as each child will be given many opportunities to think critically, whether it be answering questions or sharing their own ideas and thoughts on the subject. Week 1. Ocean Zones Week 2. Deep Sea Giants Week 3. Whales Week 4. Sharks Week 5. Sea Turtles Week 6. Arctic Sea Creatures
