In this four week FLEX class, students will be creating some of the desserts from my most popular one-time classes. Students will learn a variety of beginning cooking techniques, tips, and kitchen safety/sanitation skills, while participating in cooking labs to create some delicious food! Students will take away new recipes, skills, and a sense of confidence in the kitchen. Students should be able to read a recipe and follow instructions. I am a Certified Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher in New York. I have worked with children for years, teaching them how to cook and become confident in the kitchen.
