Through this fun, interactive class, students will be introduced to a grammar topic through a short lesson (about five minutes), practice through a fun online game (teacher's shared screen), and then application through a short time of writing. This is my tenth year of teaching elementary school as well as fourth year teaching and tutoring online. In addition to my degree in elementary education, I have endorsements in teaching reading and teaching English as a second language.

This class utilizes https://webwhiteboard.com/ as it allows me to see students' writing as they write as opposed to only when they are finished writing. This does not require students to sign up. Instead students will be given a unique link to that week's whiteboard each class period. There will also be websites shared on the teacher's screen from trusted educational sites such as Quia.com, Education.com, and SadlierConnect.com.
