I am so excited to be able to offer this class to those learners who would like the flexibility to incorporate it into their homeschool day as they see fit or cannot find a time to fit their schedule. Learners can view the videos as often as they like to be able to practice sounding the letters and words they learn during their week. This is a great tool for your homeschool bag! The skills students will acquire are as follows: • Increase in Vocabulary • Sound of Each Letter • Social Skills • Listening Skills • Self-Regulation • Fine Motor Skills • Gross Motor Skills The lessons will include the following: • Letter of the Week and how that letter sounds – we will use listening skills and incorporate games so children can brainstorm to find something that starts with that letter. • Practicing writing the letter (Uppercase & Lowercase) • Songs and Rhymes that incorporate a subject that starts with the letter of the week - helping with phonological awareness, language delays, and simple math • Music and Movement will focus on Gross Motor Skills and Self-Regulation Skills • Letter Craft
