Have you ever met a Grouchy Ladybug? Well in this class, we will learn about a bad tempered ladybug who meets many other animals but does not treat them well. As we do an overview of this story, we will learn about different animals the ladybug wanted to fight. We will then retell the story together and each student will be able to help sequence the animals.  We will also discuss the importance of being nice to others. Students will get the opportunity to interact with each other through discussion and acting out the animals from the story. I'll be wearing my Ladybug antennas and encourage my learners to wear any animal outfits/costumes they may have but it is not required. :) If students have ladybug items they'd also like to show and tell about during this class they are more than welcome to bring them too!

Since I have a 5 and 7 yr old  (ASK ME ABOUT SIBLING DISCOUNTS!) and my teaching background is Preschool/Kindergarten, I know how important it is to have interactive classes! I have designed all of them to be fun and engaging for young learners.  We will listen, share and read together all while having fun! These classes also provide a great opportunity for some social interaction with age-appropriate peers.
