Do you have a young learner that you want to introduce to the French alphabet and language? Current classes in December and January focus on arctic and antarctic animals, winter words, holidays, and phrases. Colors: red, blue, yellow, green, black, white, orange, gold, and silver. For each lesson, we review the current day of the week and the date. Learners practice the names and sounds of the letters in French, recognize the uppercase and lowercase letters, learn vocabulary and...
Learners will be able to name letters of the alphabet in French. Learners will pronounce common vocabulary words in French. Learners will speak French in a conversational pattern.
I speak French as a second language and travel there as often as life allows. I have taught French as an elective class in middle school grades. I have teaching degrees in both early childhood, as well as elementary education.
