I have owned my KitchenAid mixer for several years now, and have used the attachments many times to create baked goods and homemade dinners from scratch.

When mixer is on, be careful of lose clothing that it doesn't get stuck. Do turn off mixer or disperser, waiting for all motion to stop, before removing items. Remember, any moving part is a hazard. Don't try to pull out something caught in the machine while it is running
