- Students will become more confident and proficient in the kitchen creating Japanese and Chinese foods for themselves and the family.
I have been cooking a variety of Asian-inspired foods for over 30 years, experimenting with different recipes, techniques, and coming up with my own adapted recipes. I have taught numerous cooking classes on Outschool as well as in-person.
Students are expected to have a basic understanding of kitchen safety, including not handling sharp knives or fire without adult supervision.
