**OVERVIEW** Students will learn to make popping boba. Popping boba is also called bursting boba, which pops in your mouth and the liquid juice gushes out. **STRUCTURE** I will lead students through the recipe step by step by demonstrating the techniques, ensuring that everyone can follow along at their own pace. I have been cooking Asian-inspired foods for over 30 years, experimenting with different recipes, techniques, and coming up with my own adapted recipes. I have taught numerous cooking classes on Outschool as well as in-person.
