幼兒園閱讀信心俱樂部 - 讓我們為一年級做好準備

Is your child currently in kindergarten?  Do you want your child to be confident when they move on to first grade? If so, then this class may just be the right fit for your learner! 

I would love for you to join me each week as we explore and practice early literacy concepts found in a kindergarten classroom. This class is engaging and interactive. Students will be engaged from beginning to end by actively participating, playing games, and completing interactive activities during class. Your learner will be engaged in fun, hands-on activities to explore and practice various literacy concepts needed to have a successful start in first grade. You will watch your child's confidence grow before your eyes! 

This is an ongoing class; therefore, you can join or leave at any time that works for you and your schedule. You will only be charged for one week at a time. Subscriptions renew on Sundays. You can cancel at any time as you see fit; therefore, you are not committed to taking this course. Each section will meet once a week. The classes will not build upon each other. 

Each week will include interactive handouts or materials needed for activities that will help your learner by being hands-on and engaged throughout the lesson. I will post all needed materials and supplies each week in the classroom the day before class. All materials needed will be items commonly found in homes. If you ever do not have something, please let me know and we can work something else out. Again, if you do not have access to a printer, please let me know. I am VERY flexible. Your learner can always just bring a piece of paper or dry erase board to class. 

Each class will be full of various literacy concepts needed for a solid foundation in reading; however, there will be a main focus each week.

April 6th - NO CLASS SCHEDULED 

April 13th - Short O Words; Magic E Words (CVCe)

April 20th - Short U Words; Medial Sounds

April 27th - NO CLASS SCHEDULED
