Each week, students will have the opportunity to discuss one current event from the past week and strengthen their public speaking and debate skills while learning more about the world around them. During our class, we will talk about important events happening around the world such as politics, science, history, and more. We will make sure the discussions are appropriate for your child's age. Your child will have the opportunity to express their own thoughts and ideas, even if they are different from others in the class or your family's beliefs. Teacher Jessie will guide the conversation and help everyone see different perspectives, so we can all learn and grow together in a positive and respectful way.
