During this class we will discuss kindness, what it means, how to be kind to others, respecting differences, read stories on kindness, do kindness art, and practice being kind to others by socializing with one another and showing respect. This class is open to learners of all learning styles. It is formed to be fun and engaging. - Students will learn what kindness is and how to be kind by practicing their skills through stories, art, games, and socialization.
- Students will understand how to accept others and their differences through kindness activities.
I have been a public school teacher for over 12 years. I also taught preschool for several years. I love teaching students of all ages and love teaching social emotional skills. I have taught general education but my heart is in special education in which I have taught for over 10 years. I love teaching and enjoy students of all ability levels. I have done a kindness club with my students and they loved it so much.
